Day 6 Feb 14, 2024

Another interesting day. Radio Rijeka interviewed us at Krista Kralja as visiting church guests. Tatiana asked about our background, our beliefs, and our third trip there for love of the people and oneness in Christ.  We also touched on science, how the Theory of Evolution and genetics could not account for the relatively fast timeline that animals appeared. 

After the interview, we walked along the shore with Pastor Milan discussing his upcoming retirement and putting God’s church in God’s hands.

Our prayer today was for Slavica, a brand new believer as of two weeks ago. She had difficulties with family and was lead to Pastor Milan for answers. After vising for an hour, we prayed over her and her home for restoration of estranged relationships and guidance on God’s will regarding the home.

The rest of the evening was observing the end Karnival season. The small towns and villages around Rijeka each had a mock trial. The effigy was convicted for all manner of bad things that happened in the previous year, then set aflamed. As a sort of new year resolution, only with a bit more fire.
