2024 - Persevere in Faith - The Book of Revelation8 Messages
The book of Revelation often feels very mysterious to us, but John tells us in Revelation 1:3 that it is a blessing to read, hear, and follow. In this first series on Revelation we will consider the letters to the churches in Revelation 1-3. Jesus himself delivers to us very practical thoughts on how to live as a Christians in our ever changing and challenging world. The book as a whole is calling us to persevere in faith as we see the day of Christ’s return drawing near. We invite you to join us as we listen to Jesus’ words to us and seek to put them in practice as we walk in faith waiting for his return.

Jonah Ch 3 - God's Heart for the Nations

The book of Jonah reminds us that the God of the universe cares about all of his creation. In this great book, God sends his prophet to call the people of Ninevah to repentance. Reluctantly, and after 3 daysin the belly of a fish, Jonah heads for Ninevah. His warning is met with humble repentance and the people of Ninevah are spared. How could God spare such an evil and pagan people? This is the heart of our great God. He is patient and compassionate, not wanting anyone to perish. As we study Jonah, let’s seek to manifest a similar heart toward the unbelieving; courageously reaching out to those who need to turn to him for salvation.
